Eligibility: The Probolsky Research Gift Card Survey Prize Drawing (“Prize Drawing”) is open only to those who complete the Probolsky Research survey. Employees of Probolsky Research, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Prize Drawing.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Probolsky Research as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Prize Drawing.
Prize Drawing Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the date the survey is released and ending at 11:59 PM on the 10th day following the survey’s launch. All online entries must be received by the end of the Prize Drawing Period.
How to Enter: You may enter the Prize Drawing by completing the Probolsky Research survey. Any attempt to submit more than one entry per person will result in disqualification.
Prizes: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a Gift Card (“Prize”). If a winner cannot accept the Prize, they may designate someone else or a charitable organization to receive it. The Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by winner. Probolsky Research reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize is not available.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Probolsky Research. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. Probolsky Research shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Terms & Conditions: Probolsky Research reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Drawing should any non-authorized intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Probolsky Research’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Drawing.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Probolsky Research and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Probolsky Research website.
Disputes: This Prize Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
